CrossFit with a Pro is a 50 minutes session of training with constant variety movements guided by a profesional. Anyone can do it. This is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. This session will help you improve your overall physical abilities, including your endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance, and more. As a result, you will be able to incorporate this training in your daily routine. CrossFit with a Pro is a lifestyle based on the correct combination of exercise practice and proper nutrition. As a Crossfit methodology, it is defined as “a strength and conditioning training system based on constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity”. This means that we do not focus on any sport or movement, our focus is the variety and the correct combination of various disciplines and movements.
